    Thumbs down You guys need to chill out with the supps....

    I've taken the last month off of supps, except creatine... and could not be happier, i'm gaining like 5x more....


    I know this is all irrevelent to you guys, because you all feel that you are the "exception" to the rule, and that supps work wonders JUST for you.... but just take a break, eat more, eat right, and chill out.

    agreed, but personally I just started taking N.O Xplode and sometimes when you get in a plateau pre workout supps are beneficial.

    Supplements are obviously not necessary but the do aid in our goals, and if you have extra money buy some, if you don't, don't.

    I kinda agree with the OP. When I'm done with my current stack I think the only supps I'm gonna buy anymore is gonna be whey, creatine, and maybe a small tub of NO here and there. I don't see a need to buy amino supps anymore and I've been out of my multi for a few weeks and I've felt no difference so I doubt I'll buy a bottle again except for a very basic, cheap one.

    Haha x2 to spend money on 360, I've bought 6 games since Fable II came out.

    Nothing wrong with supps.

    I can take 15 different supps and so can my friend. If I have good diet and training and he doesn't just because he thinks supps will replace nutrition and training the problem arises.

    Anyways, simplicity works. You don't need creatine w/e, you can stick with regular creatine mono. You don't need NO products. You don't need animal pak you can take a regular multi v. You don't really need fat burners. You don't need shakes either. Look at anabolic diet or keto. Shakes aren't neccesary

    Supplements work differently for everyone. Some people use N.O. products to get a pump. I don't believe in all those recovery booster sups or anything, but whey is the only necessary one.
