It's spelt bicep. There's no 't' likewise with 'tricep'

-Dumbbell Curls
-Barbell Curls (Wide, Normal, Close Grip)
-Preacher Bench Curls ( Free weights, machine OR Barbell)
-Hammer Curls (Forearm work also)
-Spider Curls
And a few others not many though.
There are only a a few movements for Biceps but it is how you train and the variation you use to build a good enough bicep routine. Best if luck in your training

TO actually answer the OP's question about "bicepts", Jay cutler's routine works quite well. SO I'm gonna try and recite it off the top of my head, as I am to lazy to retrieve it myself.(but if you would like to see it, it's in the training section of the main site, under biceps.) So, If you want larger arms in general, you have to wrk 3 separate muscles. They are forearm, tricep, and bicep. The bicep part includes, sitting hammer curls, alternating dumbell curls, and preacher curls. The second part which is tricep, includes two exercises(I think). I'm pretty sure they are the BB tricep extension, and french curls. The forearm part has two exercises as well. Behind the back BB wrist curls, and sitting/supported DB wrist curls. Rep me?
