Sorry you feel this way about receiving negs. However, negs are false disqualifiers and are intended to lower the target's comparative value to the negger. Specifically, they are not insults; instead, they resemble the comments of a person who does not view the target as being interesting. I will answer your question. So, liquid nitrogen is cold. When you put anything in it then it gets cold also. HENCE, when you use their product your muscles get hot. And opposite to the cold, rather than shattering, your muscles get hard and you gain mass.
