I lifted the other day, and then took a 4 day break over Thanksgiving.
The day after I lifted, my shoulder would pop and then crack (like repositioning itself)
Occasionally it was painful if I moved it the wrong way after popping out of position.

that happens to me i just sucked it up and worked on my rotator cuff kind of got better but its still there it suks but **** it go to live with it
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute or an hour, or a day, or a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place.If i quit, however it last forever
