Are there any alternatives to squats?
I don't have a barbell rack at the moment and I am working out at home, what other exercises can I do to get a similar result?
I am currently doing deadlifts (beginner)

Learn to do clean grip front squats.
I would also suggest lunges since you don't have to use as heavy a weight as for squats.timbahwolffff on Instagram
