    The differences in the bicep pictures isn't because one person stretched and the other didn't it is due to genetics and muscle insertion and how your connective tissues are organized. People who have shorter muscle bellies tend to be more explosive in nature and that is because their tendons are longer and can store more energy for movement. Look at peoples calves and notice the difference between people. Stretching out your calf isn't going to make the muscle go down towards your foot. That is just the way you were born.
