    the key to winning an arm wrestle is the distance between your forarm and your bicep, like if the angel on my arm is really tight and my oppenent is stretched out, your actually pulling his arm instead of his whole body wieght, try it sometime. just pull down a bit then push the arm, you will win.

    Best to have strong grip, wrist, and forearms. You need to have some good shoulder development too. Skill wins almost everytime.
