Hey everyone I was looking at my fitday inputting some of my meals and there was and advertisement listed for these "Miracle Noodles".
Supposedly they are only made from dietary fiber therefore have no real nutritional value no calories, no carbs. Just wondering what you all think about this.
Website can be found here http://www.miraclenoodle.com/index-1.html
Video showing a news report about them.

Oh i bought the shirataki noodles after hearing you guys talk about them.
I made them like this:
dumped bag in collander, rinsed with warm water for 2 mins and then boiled them for 3 more.
Strained them and dryed them off with paper towels.
Added 1/2 cup of bertolli alfredo sauce and one can of tuna.
Microwaved it for one minute.
The tuna helped get rid of that slight fishy smell from the noodles. The only thing i tasted was the alfredo and the tuna. The noodles are weird feeling. They do feel rubbery but i don't really mind that. I'm just glad they don't taste like they smell when they come out of the bag.
I may do this again. I'm not sure.

can someone explain dream fields to me? The calories are still high but you only digest 5g of carbs?

cant you just use heaps of sauce to disguise any bad taste??behind every great woman...is a man checking out her arse
Chuck Norris can make a woman climax by simply pointing & saying booya
If at first you don't succeed you're not Chuck Norris
