Hey everyone I was looking at my fitday inputting some of my meals and there was and advertisement listed for these "Miracle Noodles".
Supposedly they are only made from dietary fiber therefore have no real nutritional value no calories, no carbs. Just wondering what you all think about this.

I wonder if, or how, they differ from Dreamfields pasta, which tastes great.

on keto do we follow thier net 5 grams of carbs or do we still use the total-fiber in thier case?

I've had shirataki noodles, which are similar to the miracle noodles, and they taste like crap.

most likely tastes like a big bowl of shoelaces and once it passes thru ur gut you will be hungrier than you would have been without them since they do nothing but expand your stomach

Never tried these. Maybe I will. Not sure yet. I will see what people think. My guess would be load it with pasta sauce, which could add some carbs.
Or lots of butter and cheese. And it would probably need some salt.That that don't kill me.. can only make me stronger..

I heard from some reviews online that they have a fishy taste if you don't wash them thoroughly with water first.
I would probably serve them with a alfredo sauce. I found a good one that is high fat and low in carbs.

can someone explain dream fields to me? The calories are still high but you only digest 5g of carbs?
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Im kind of upset i havent heard about these noodles until now, im hoping a good broth can cover up any bad taste people are talking about
