So the lethargy is over. Thank Jah!
I went to the gym had a nice workout.
Actually it was a basic get back into the groove workout
I did a bunch of front squats to military presses . My favorite compound movement.
I did set two Pr's . I did one 165lb clean to military press. and 4@ 175 lb lat pulldown with great form.
I will not be doing any Big workouts till I get back from the Arnold convention this weekend. However I will have videos and pics from any lifiting contest.No Blood No Sweat No Tears No Pain

I haven't worked out in over a week. Went to Arnold convention At the I-force deadlift your bodyweight I pulled 31 @250lbs ~couldv'e went more but my grip gave out.
Since I've been back my daughter has been sick so I have been nursing her. She has a double ear infection and bronchitis . I am however ready to push , pull,lift, toss, throw around heavy ass weights.Last edited by marcodeniro; 03-12-2010 at 08:26 AM.

Third week back in the gym of moderate to low intensity training. Today was my first heavy lift. My trainer/workout partner Gammarays started me out with Barbell rows. After a fair showing we went to Dl. He asked me my max I replied 385 back in the day. He told me 405 is what you are going to do today. And 405 is what I did .....wow 2x1 and shrugged at top of movement. YEAH BUDDAY. Im going to end this year and start the new one phenomenally well.

So I've been chipping away everyday at the gym. 20 minutes of warm up cardio. Then I do iron cardio where I maintain a heart rate of 130 by performing exercises with weights or body weight. Most of these are hanging leg lifts knee lifts, weighted crunches. And the torso abductors machine. So finally after a month of seeing minor fluctuations 5-6 lbs up and down weight loss and gain. My body fat finally dropped to 18% -20% down from 26-24%. Yayyyy. Unfortunately it seems I'm loosing my butt in the whole process
