    Lightbulb My no equitment workout plan

    Hey so I looked around for a plan that is body weight exercises,
    I am looking to increase my athleticism and agility as much as muscle gain and i want to know if this seems a reasonable workout plan being i cannot go to the gym and don't have the money for equipment??

    50x Prison Squat
    50x Push-ups
    25x Jumps
    25x Leg curls
    50x Jackknives
    50x Step ups
    25x Pull ups
    50x Lunges
    50x Close Push ups
    50x Body Rows
    50x Body weight Squats
    25x Chin ups
