I'm getting over a wrist injury and need the support of wrist straps when lifting.
Are there any advantages to wrist wrap gloves?

There is a disadvantage for you, the glove itself will make it more difficult for you to grip any given resistance, considering your not running 100%, it wouldnt be wise to stress your wrists further. Just stick with straps. Better yet, if you cant lift the weight without a strap, dont lift it at all, let your injury heal fully.

To answer the circulation question, yes they will. Just make sure that you loosen them up after each lift and you should be ok.
It may be a small world but I'd hate to have to paint it.
