I used to follow this years ago but stopped when I went to college (been using OT or nothing since). I just ordered everything to do this again last night
A: Jarrow CarotenALL
C: NOW C-1000 + Bioflavenoids
E: Jarrow Toco-Sorb
S: Jarrow Selenium Synergy (I'll probably use this pretty sparingly since the multi-mineral I got has selenium too)
B: Jarrow B-right
I also have some Jarrow's 5mg B12 leftover that I'll use sparingly
D: Jarrow 5000iu
Minerals: Vitacost Chelated Multi-Mineral
I also have some NOW Magnesium Citrate I'll use occasionally

Vitamin A: Solaray Food Carotene 10,000IU
Vitamin C: Solaray Super Bio C 500mg
Vitamin E: MRM Complete E
Selenium: Country Life Selenium 100mcg
Vitamin B: AOR Advanced B-Complex
Vitamin D: Life Extension Vitamin D 1000IU
Minerals: Bluebonnet High Potency Chelated Multiminerals (2/3 dosing)
Fish Oil: Citadel Nutrition Fish Oil
Vitamins A, E, S, D and Minerals are dosed 5 on 2 off or EOD, Vitamins B, and C are dosed with each meal of the day

Anyone still doing this!? If so post your stack because a lot of this **** isn't sold here anymore. I wanna do this bc I think multis break me out (iodine plus mega doses of b12) thanks

the appreciation for this has been long gone.
A- soloray food carotene/jarrow carotenall/ or spirulina (cheapest and potentially very beneficial, worried about iron content tbd)
E- anything with tocomin suprabio. drbest/jarrow/nutricology
C- ester c 500 if you really think you dont eat enough fruits
Selenium- take your pick, its in a lot of protein so watch doses if you supplement it.
minerals- life extension makes a good one without iron/iodine which isnt typically needed.
Bcomplex-find one thats coenzyme thats suits your b12 needs. jarrows b-right is good quality and lower in b12.
whether you find all those here or not idk. consider those guidelines if you need to look here for other options.
