    Do HGH "releaser" supplements work?

I was looking at some products that said HGH on them, I instantly thought "well, thats illegal" so I looked a little closer at the products.

The products claim that they naturally stimulate the body to produce and release more HGH. Further, I read product reviews and got mixed results. Some people claimed that the supplements worked, others claimed they noticed very little. I would assume that it may have to do with what people are expecting when they take a supplement.

I was just wondering if these supplements are useful enough to pay $40 a jar for.

Most/almost all of them... no. Not to any appreciable degree, if they do at all. Most of the 'releasers' that may have even an indirect claim are the ones that 'help' keep in a deep sleep for a full 8 hours. Being well rested could elevate levels, if you weren't at the well rested point already.

For the most part though, HGH releasing products & claims are nothing more than pure bull****.
    I remember being relevant.

blue print wouldn't do anything for HGH though would it?

    huh?

It absolutely would. Most are under the impression that it's a pump product... the pumps are secondary to the fact that it's probably the best/only GH booster on the market.

It's effects are notable from about the second day.

I've used it before, and I have been using bulk agmatine. I have a blood test this Tuesday and they will be checking IGF-1..I hope that it didn't elevate me too much above baseline incase something is going on

So that is you over @ LB

I'd give the doc a heads up. I know that Dinoiii has mentioned based on his own lab results and testing that the boost in peptide hormones is an actuality.

Most of them are expensive sleep aides, that can have a small effect on hormone levels. Some could have general health benefits also.

most are indeed sleep aids with a few minerals to support deep sleep in ideal conditions. only two that i know of on the market have GHRP's in them, one of which is Hemotropin 2XC http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nu...ropin-2xc.html (GHRP-6)

some light reading on GHRP-6 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Growth_...ng_hexapeptide

    GHRP -6 ? Real GHRP-6?

i have been reading that GHRP-6 is mainly sold as a research chemical.

"GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are illegal to sell in the US"

    GHRP6 Legal Status:

GHRP6 and related drugs are legal only in pharmacies and with a prescription from a doctor. Outside of this, the sale, use, or possession of GHRP6 is illegal in Australia and many other countries.

so I would like if you could explain how can Nutrabolics use GHRP-6

The products claim that they naturally stimulate the body to produce and release more HGH. Further, I read product reviews and got mixed results. Some people claimed that the supplements worked, others claimed they noticed very little. I would assume that it may have to do with what people are expecting when they take a supplement.

I was just wondering if these supplements are useful enough to pay $40 a jar for.
So would taking an ambian but I doubt taking ambian will really lead to gains.

To answer your question No. I wasted my $ on HghUp crap and CL Blue Growth + Blue Gene expensive sleep aid and neither showed any results worth the $ I paid for them. My diet and training were on point and ran them a month apart. If you want to get great sleep I can't recommend CL Reduction PM powder shots enough. Cost like 15 bucks for a 30 day supply.

well, we don't live in Australia and I'm pretty sure this product isn't available in Aus either.

In North America, our laws are different. GHRP-6 and GHRP-2 is available, but it's not plentiful nor a cheap thing to acquire. For example, this MuscleMeds product which contains GHRP-2 and Guggulsterones : http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mu.../hexaghen.html

I hope that clears some things up for you.
