i seriously love it the green apple tastes good even after months of having to drink it. It realllllyyyy helps me heal up i take about 6 scoops a day which is 3 servings one before one after and one before i go to bed and it just works fantastic.

ok how long does the tub usually last and when and how much do u usually take

I usually take 2-3 scoops, so that's about 20-30 workouts per small tub.
As jaxxed_fibras said, it's great for DOMS
Also, watermelon tastes like sex
