You can break the gel and use the oil for personal lubricant. The fatty acids are very gentle on your sensitive skin and really restores the youthful appearance. Highly recommended.

The GNC employee was so full of S*it... he first tried to talk me into buying a "colon cleansing kit" or whatever, but after I told him it was too expensive he said "fish oil does the same thing" then proceded to explain to me the horrors I described to you all. Like I said, I didnt trust the guy so I asked my friends... guess I shouldnt trust them either.

I have become the laughing stock of my circle of friends and I have taken on the name "bass ass"

...I hate GNC! Anyone else had problems with that store?

GNC people are pushy salesman, i only go there to buy vitamins bc they are cheap. and they are always trying to push stupid sht that i dont want or can buy from somewhere else 80% cheaper..

I learned my lesson going to GNC, and tune them out when i do go there...

So will the fish oil (when taken properly) actually help my cells dialate and increase gains, or was that a lie too?

I read the instructions, and thats why I didnt trust the GNC guy. It said, take orally with meals 3 times a day... I even read it in the store and mentioned it to the salesman. And he said its a "liability" issue to print the rectal insersion instructions, but he told me it worked. Like I said I didnt believe him, so I asked my buddies who know a thing or two about supplements.

Guy at GNC sold me Novedex when I was 15. Did some research on what it was, went back and bitched and accused him of trying to kill me, until he gave me a store credit.
