OK weight is still holding at 209. I checked today preworkout. Im going to bump up the cals a little. Nothing crazy.


Todays workout was awesome. Here is What I did:

Wide Wide Pullups: 10,8,7
Bent Row: 2 Working Sets

Hammer incline Press: 1 working set (270 lbs)
Flye Press: 2 working Sets
Cable Flye: 1 Working Set

Hamstring Curl Superset with SLDL: 4 Sets




AWESOME WORKOUT!!!! crazy pumps and strength was through the roof.


Dave Hughes was there, it was awesome. I am a huge fan of his and met him a few times, today he recognized me and came up to me and started talking to me!! So dumb i know, but it was the highlight of my day so far lolol
