Dave your training method looks familiar to teh DoggCrap method. Is that where you got it from? I am actually going to start that up as soon as i can find more info on it. Keep up the good work. Are you taking the Testabolon, max out and the new product all at once?

Yes to the products,
and kinda sorta to the DC thing.
I train alone so I cant say I do DC. And I truly believe it takes 5-7 years of training to develop the mind muscle connection needed to FULLY TAX a muscle in one set. I can admit that I am not at that level.
but kinda sortakeep it simple, keep it basic, keep it heavy

I absolutely agree with you about the mind muscle connection. Man It's good to be here. BTW Dave I started training sort of the way you do as we have talked before about methods and other things. I can't wait to pick your brain for even more info. I missed it tho, what are your primary goals on this?

No not a lot of water. I still have clear definition on my abs/arms/chest back/thighs.
Nothing like phera. Phera I looked like the michelin man.
I think just about ANY compound can be used for a bulk or for a cut, whether you are losing or gaining bodyfat is 99% diet. Yes some compounds will exert a hardening effect and some aromatize at a higher degree than others, but there are a lot of people who diet to lose bodyfat on test and dianabol LOLkeep it simple, keep it basic, keep it heavy
