    Quads, Delts, Biceps Triceps

    1-2 Working sets per bodypart

    Leg Press
    Quad Extension
    Overhead Press
    Rear Laterals
    Bicep Curl
    CGBP

    With my training I do several warm up sets until the muscle is pumped up. Then I take it to the extreme with one or two all out balls to the wall sets going as heavy as I can with good form.

    I used to do 8-12 sets to failure and it just didnt work, I have responded much better to this type of training. I will sometimes throw in a set of 30-50 reps at the end of a workout on a lagging bodypart, if I feel so inclined

    Well if you get 40lbs I'd be more impressed, this still has perked my curiosity. You're also coming off of a cut remember Dave? I did a hdrol + bold cycle for 7 weeks following a cut and put on 35lbs no problem. 40 in a month though would be ridiculous. Are the weights/strength flying up? Muscle growth? Etc, just curious.

    Well yes and no. I took about 6 weeks after my show and didnt neccessarily eat for size, I just ate a little above maintenance to see where my body is now naturally holding. That was with no hormones, and I was steady at 195. Now since I started I have really been eating for growth and training for growth. Strength is DEFINETELY up, but it has been climbing for some time now, I have been really impressed with MAXOUT
