Now I know I said I dont train 2 days in a row but...........
But im getting a certain package in the mail today, and I dont think there is anything in the world that could keep me out of there.

Meal 6:
8oz Chicken W/ Teriyaki Sauce
1 Cup Brown RIce
2 TBSP PB
Before Bed:
75g Protein SHake
