Test Subject: iForce Dave
Welcome to my offseason log. If you followed my contest prep log thanks for continuing your support! This will be a log of how I train, eat and supplement fow maximum gains in size and strength.
Here is a little bit about me:
Height: 5'10
Weight: 195
Max Squat: 425
Max Deadlift: 510
Training:
I have a very specialized training style. Anyone who knows me knows that my training is unique and it works extremely well for me. I will try to break it down as the log goes on but its complicated and I dont feel like writing it all out now.
Diet:
Diet is designed for maximum growth while staying lean. I have a full 6 pack and obliques and I would like to keep it that way
Protein: 350-400g
Carbs: 300g on non training days, 400g on training Days
Fats: 150-200g
Foods I eat: Beef, eggs, whey, oats, rice, cheerios, whole grain bread, milk, natural peanut butter
(these seriously are about all I eat 99% of the time. I live alone and do all my own food shopping and all of my own cooking so I rarely buy anything outside of these)
Supplements:
Universal Torrent ( 3 scoops pre and post workout)
Animal Pump (Preworkout)
iForce Testabolan V2 (Morning and before bed)
iForce Maxout (Spread throughout the day)
Hormones:
I cannot disclose this now, but I can tell you this: Be ready for iforce to release the next generation of designer anabolics!
This log should prove the power of this compound.
Here are some random shots of me from the last couple months:
