    19 y/o 180 lbs, KETO Diet, please critique

    Meal 1:

    5 whole Omega 3 eggs
    5 egg whites
    Spinach (not too much)

    Protein: 45g
    Fat: 20g

    Meal 2:

    45g whey protein isolate
    1 tbsp psyllium husk
    1.5 tbsp mac nut oil



    Protein: 45g

    Fat: 20g



    Meal 3:

    5.5 oz chicken/ fish
    1/3 cup walnuts or almonds or mix
    Green beans



    Protein: 45g

    Fat: 20g



    Meal 4:

    45g whey protein isolate
    1 tbsp psyllium husk
    1.5 tbsp mac nut oil



    Protein: 45g

    Fat: 20g



    Meal 5:

    5.5 oz chicken/ fish
    1/3 cup walnuts or almonds or mix

    When your doing a KETO diet you consume more fat than anything else.
    Basically YOU EAT FAT TO LOSE FAT .. you are consuming WAY too much protein. When you eat fat it makes you feel more full thus allowing you too lower the amount of calories you consume in one day. There are a bunch of threads in here check them out and then re do your diet
