Dont worry so much about that. EAT RIGHT, gain a lot of muscle and strength which in turn will increase your metabolism so your body will need more calories as fuel. This will keep fat slowly burning. Just live the bodybuilding lifestyle ~ Rubicon

    powercleans first.
more complex movement, requires more co-ordination etc etc

Trust me. The explanation would be too much.

All my athletes power clean first. Squat second.

what sets and reps are you using?

Maybe, but I agree with the other post. Powercleans require a ton of co-ordination so to try them when you are not at your best is not that great of an idea. Might have to lower squat weight in order to do it, but that?s the sacrifice you might have to make if you are doing them on the same day.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.

Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.

Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

I agree on the previous post about the difficulty of Power clean vs Squat in term of speed and cordination but unless you do the Rippetoe workout (and as I am looking at your stats, you seem to have gone beyond that workout), you do power clan and after that squat.

I would do Power Clean before squat as previous explained by db2000 and Entkommen115.

Do you have a coach to learn the Power Clean ? If not, make sure you watch a lot of different Video and read some textbook. The exercise in self isnt hard to do when you understand how to do it. But at first, its tough to learn if not helped by somebody. You can pratice with only the bar at first. You will able to do a ton of rep, so you will learn the technic properly.

Is been maybe 3 week since I power clean, and it a really nice exercise. Funny things is people staring at you like you are some sort of alien if you are not in a olympic or power lifting gym.

Good luck and feel free to ask other question !
