Who knows how I can get more "ripped" in 5 weeks?

Hi - I"m 40, and have 5 weeks to go on a 12 week transformation, and I'd like to "push hard" to the finish line.

Does anyone know how to go for a "big finish" to get more fat off in 5 weeks - without stuffing my health up (I know you can do damage).

I'm doing weights 3 x/ week and cardio
5x / week (25 mins) 15g glutamine and whey as well as approx 1500kj meals (360 calories) 5 x per day - and I've had a reasonable result but want to see how "ripped" I can get in the last 5 weeks. I realise it's a big ask after being so out of shape for so long.

Any ideas? .....maybe I'm doing enough right just need to give it all more time and 6 months not 12 weeks!

    Best Wishes Scott

up that cardio to 40-45 minutes.
Change your carb cycling up a bit. That sometimes help speed up motabilism.
    not sure what 1500kj is?

Doubt that you will get "ripped" in a few weeks. It does take time,
doing it the healthy way that is.
    Every day counts.
