Wow...it's been a while since I last checked this forum.
Being doing nothing but powerlifting for the last 2 years. Had a few delays though. Had covid twice and horrible bronchitis, plus they kept shutting down the gyms for covid restrictions. Back at it and lifting pain free.
Hit a 395 lbs back squat PR at 170 lbs. 42 years old. Lifetime natural. Hoping to work my way up to 435 lbs or so by the end of the year.
