I have decided to start a PR thread where everybody can simply post their PR's for any given exercise including things like strongman events and oly lifts of course. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO START YOUR OWN WORKOUT LOG. This will eliminate the need for people starting new threads to post their prs. If you got a vid, even better, post that as well.

I had a meet on Saturday and it went ****ty, so today I just went in and hit a bunch of upper body assistance to take out my frustration. Hit a PR on incline DB bench with 75's for 15, and DB Rows with 120 for 12. Next week I will start a new training program and hope to be hitting PR's on the big 3 alot more.

Hello! It is a long time since I've been to this forum. I was searching for the right place to post this, and I was itching to make a thread about my new 20-rep squat PR. But I try to adhere to forum rules, and I saw this thread was a sticky and designed for people to post their PRs, so here go; I finally hit my target that was 180kg/396kbs x 20 reps in the squat without a belt:
180kg/396lbs beltless SQUAT x 20 reps @ 105.9kg/233.3lbs BW
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Hz1iXJndYY
In total I've been working out for nine years. When I started I couldn't squat 100kg for a single.
I don't know if it is allowed to respons to this strength feat directly in this thread, but if you have anything to say, feel free to post it on the youtube video.
Regards from Norway, Per Rommetveit

Meet PR's
320 Pause Bench
392 Squat (failed other 2 attempts)
492 Deadlift
Gym PR's
340 Bench
455x1 (belt, no wraps, spotted) - I don't count this though because in a meet it doesn't pass so I would say 430x1
495 Deadlift, could of gotten 505 but I stopped right there because that was my goal again to get my strength back.
The end of my 9 week routine my lifts are supposed to be ATLEAST 355 Bench/455 Squat below parallel/525 DLNatural Competitor in both Powerlifting (NASA/USAPL) & Bodybuilding (NPC/INBF)
Training for USAPL Ohio State Championships on November 3rd, 2012!
On November 30th, I start dieting for my bodybuilding shows in the spring! :)

NOTHING is sacred.
"BUT... it's way too easy to get caught up in all this ****ing minutia- like the kids on the Teen forums who won't eat regular peanut butter because it has 4g of sugar or whatever, ATG nazis, obsessing about every part of training, etc. Simplicity works." -101CavGrunt
