I was at the gym and wanted to carry something heavy. My partner and I ended up taking the sleeve off of the end of an old bent up bar and just loading plates. The "track" we had measured out was 45' down. I ended up carrying the "blob" down and back with 285lbs (6 plates +15lb sleeve).
PR because I had never done them, but it was actually pretty fun.

515 squat. wow what a difference a belt makes. my inzer 13mm forever belt came in and im very impressed in the difference a belt makes. 10lb PR over my 505 the other day. the 505 was high and a struggle. 515 was easy and deep. im happy.

I almost had 245x3 on squat today but I had trouble getting out of the hole because I was squatting really deep and I didn't stay tight and fell forward. Sucked, but I know I would have had it if it wasn't my 6th set or so. I did some wierd thing for my upper back too...basically did fast rack pulls from below the knee and did a shrug at the top. 8 reps at 225...it's a PR when its the first time you've done something, amirite?
I want to touch the butt.
