Got 405 x 2 raw today benching. Just got home from the gym and it felt great. First rep was easy, second was a little slow but smooth all the way up.
570/500/715 - Best Gym Lifts @ 225 raw

Benched 285lbs for max today on my first attempt
...tried 295 for #2 and #3 but stalled half-way through the lift each time...
