deadlift 227.5kgs
just realised its the magic 500lbs mark which has made me happy about it as i was disapointed it never hit 230kgspeople ask me how to train, and i answer "i look at what you do and then i do the exact oposite"
if your family was captured and you were told you needed to put 100 pounds onto your max squat within two months or your family would be executed, would you squat once per week? Something tells me that you'd start squatting every day

^ that sounds dangerous lol.
When I hit the gym up for the first time in months I'm hoping to have actually improved my squat max as compared to the "max" in my profile, which is based off of a working set at the ass end of a 5x5 workout. I've managed to stay in shape with a job that is basically 8 hours of on and off GPPI want to touch the butt.

Didn't go as bad as expected. I did set a PR, but it was on leg press, so it doesn't really count lol. I only lost 1 rep off of my deadlift triple PR and 2 reps off of my squat, which was more due to just being out of breath than not having the juice in me to finish the set out. I'll hopefully be back on my way to a 400 deadlift by 2010 soon, I just don't want to take it too hard, my therapist said it might place a lot of pressure on my shoulder.
I want to touch the butt.
