when I say squat workout I don't mean 385 belt only x miss, 1200 lb 1/2 " lockouts x10 sets, 600x3 5 feet high in 10 plys of gear. I mean 455x5x5, and 610 wasnt even close to my max.
I know what I can get away with. 1 day off is enough if I am doing russian styled squat routines and not maxing my deadlift... I only said one day off from squatting because I am not 100% fresh, but that isn't overtraining or doing more then I should at all, i have been trainig like this the last 2 months.

squat pr:
370 @ 150lb BW
a little ugly and a little high, but i was lucky to get it at all. i got sick right at the end of my program, then i found myself without spotters for a few days, so i ended up having to wait almost a week longer than i wanted to max.
i also lose my grove on the descent . .. im pretty sure that's because this max attempt was the first time i had worn a belt in about 4 months. i should have done my previous warm up with a belt, but i wanted to get 345 without a belt just to say i did it.
25lbs more to hit 4 plates at 148.Last edited by GDA; 11-19-2008 at 01:10 PM.

at 6'5 330lbs 18 y/o
802 squat (belt no suit)
905 dead (belt straps hexbar 855 straight)
385 bench (no shirt)
bench is pathetic the others are strong but no vids to prove it unfortunately. I haven't competed on a large scale because i have a disgustingly weak bench for high level powerlifting. and now let the flaming begin because i know damn well no one will believe a damn word i say lolPain is nothing but weakness leaving the body

You know that you don't deadlift 850lbs. You know this. You think you're going to deflect the BS calls by mentioning them yourself, but it's not. You're full of it. You don't squat 800lbs and you don't pull 850lbs. In fact, I don't believe I've ever seen a trap bar that will take that many plates. Let's see, most trap bars weigh 50lbs, according to a quick google search. 905lbs minus the 50lbs for the bar leaves you with 855lbs, or 19 45lbs plates. Betting that you aren't going to tell me that you use an odd number of 45lbs plates, let's say that you use 9 45lbs plates, two 10lbs plates, and one 2.5lbs plate on either side. I just do see how that will fit on a standard trap bar. In fact, I have a picture of a fully loaded trap bar right here, with 9 45s on it and very little room left over.
Did you weld extensions onto your trap bar, or are you just lying? Just stop it, dude. You've been chased out of these forums more than once for claiming this ridiculous crap. If your claims are true, you're literally the strongest teenager in the world.APT Sponsored Strongman
