Pretty weak for my body weight (around 255 in both vids)

I competed at the Nov 8, 2008 NASA Wv Regional Championship at Ravenswood, WV. I really didn't know what to expect because I still had a chest cold. Also, I got up at 4:00 a.m. and had a 3 hour drive to the meet. I truly believe that mental toughness got me through the meet. I decided not to use my Inzer Rage X because of fatigue and sinus pressure.
Body weight: 220.6
1st attempt: 468
2nd attempt: 480
3rd attempt: 491(pr)
I set a couple state & American records and was urinalysis tested too! I'll have to take my camera to my good friend to upload the video onto youtube sometime this month.

actually I am going sickonstorm with a myriad of excuses as to why all my lifts aren't twice as big.
1. I had a slight cold
2. floor was soft rubber, bad power transfer.
3. I am probably closer to 6'1", thus taller than you and a better lifter.
4. i was in the marine corps so I have been as small as 183 in the last two years.
5. My squat is ATG/double-overhand-no-hook-grip/it was raining outside.
6. I was wearing a brand new belt.
7. I was tired from doing 1000 pound walkouts before my lift so I could get used to the feeling of the bar, because it's all mental.
what now?

I'm not banned anymore....the mods love me too much, but seriously I had just gotten off being banned and 3 days later I was banned again. lol
I will post them one way or another. I probably won't get the lifts in my siggy cause i've decided on a last minute cut...trying to get down to 230. I'll shoot for 2xbw on bench, 2.5xbw on squats, and 2.75xbw on deads.
