    please get a new bar. that looks painful pulling on that bar. its like a lead pipe. it doesn't flex at all. I estimate you would add approx 350 lbs to your deadlift if you bought a deadlift bar.

    290x1 bench. didnt wait long enough to call it paused so, ill stick w/ t-n-g for now lol. fairly easy though w/ an overly full set of lungs (full of nose tork...tooooooo much nose tork imo lol my lungs were hurting.)

    also, i know this isnt much esp. for my heighth and bw but, its the first time ive felt strong in a while.

    Man.... lol...that nose tork got the best of me. i went for 300 again and got buried due to a little shoulder pain and taking too big of a hit off of it haha. never had 1 lung catch on fire like that haha.
