Did a mini meet this past Saturday. I hit 425 on dead lift this past Wednesday, and couldn't pull it again Saturday because I was still fatigued, but I hit 325 on squats and 255 on bench. That puts my total right at 1005, to finally breach the 1000 pound club. Hoping to add another 30-40 pounds to my dead and squat before September and 20 pounds to my bench so I can push my gym total closer to 1100 for competition time. Hopefully that will put my official comp total above 1050. Making good progress so far. When I maxed 5 weeks ago before starting my strength focused routine my total was 905. (295s,225b, and 385 dead). So I added 100 pounds in 5 weeks.

Did a meet on Saturday... I just did women's physique at The Arnold a month ago, so not at peak nutrition/form for strength, but it was good stuff! Weighed in at 118 lbs.
Deadlift PR at 330.7!!! Super happy with that lift!
Squat 231.5 and bench 170.9 are both meet PRs, but not the weight I was looking to hit. I'm chasing 200 on the bench now until I get it!
