Video states 135kg bench, it was actually 137.5kg.

Been looking for a place to brag.. I need more lifting friends. It's all I want to talk about these days.
I PR'd on my squat at 255# last night
Prior to this, a few weeks ago my max was 235, and I missed depth at my attempt at 245. Last night I hit 245 for two solid reps. Woo! Squats are a huge mental game for me.. so this is a big deal.
Deadlift is currently at 285.
Benched a new PR last week at 180.

deadlift pr
Not sure how well this is gonna go down, i am a lot lighter than a lot of you all but hey hum, Just pulled 220 kg deadlift at a bodyweight of 67.7 kg natural/raw. New pb and an improvement of 20 kg over the last month aww it wont let me post the link because i am below 50 post well that friggin sucks -.-

Bench - 295lbs
Squat - 245lbs
Deadlift - 315lbs
6'5 - 250lbs
I struggle with these... I've had multiple surgeries and long-term injuries that limit me, and that I continue to try to work around. My back is missing 50% of the L5 disc (taken out in 2008), I had to lose 50lbs 2 years ago to undergo surgery to sew up a 7 inch tear in my abdominal wall, I have a torn rotator cuff and my tendons are damaged in my right wrist. Makes it difficult to keep up with the heavy weights but I have goals of;
335-bench
405-deadlift
315-squat
Hope to be there by dec 31rst.You can walk outisde and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
