    Broke a bunch of PR's today doing a mock contest.

    960 yoke for 50ft in 28.5s with 1 drop

    335 axle clean and press, and 365 axle clean

    750lb 15" deadlift - belt and straps - probably closer to 14" since the weight flattened the tires a little.

    380 farmers for 40ft - couldnt get these during the farmer medley so I went back to try and got it, but not timed.

    First day in my new Katana last weekend I hit 345 off of two boards, and a balance issue threw my 355off 1 board off after the halfway mark. I'm hoping to get a lot better with the shirt and shoot for 365-375 at collegiate nationals.

    525 was my intentions but, at the gym i lifted at today(at school) i just cannot pull near as much. today 455 felt like 495. i tried 505 after the 500 but could only get it mid-shins. idk what it is man. 500 looked just as easy as 495...but it def. wasnt easy.

    220 x 20 squat @ 150sih bw. i could have progressed another 10 maybe 15lbs on the program (was really hoping to get 2 plates with 55lb squat bar), but my gym shut down

    i have a texas power bar on the way, but its been about 2 weeks since i last lifted so im going to reset pretty heavy and start the program again. what sucks though is i only have a 300lb weight set and all my money is going into the bar and a bench. i can deal with doing high reps for a while, but when i get back to 225 x 20 on squat i wont even have the satisfaction of using two plates.

    also in the same program i hit right around 200 for 3x10 on bench.
