kinda a crummy squat. might have cut it a bit high but it certaintly wasn't "that hard". which is why I came forward a bit on the way up. I got lazy and had to damn near good morning it a little.

I had planned on going to 670-680 but my quad felt "funny" and after tearing my pec I'm not taking any extra chances.

Decided to try some conventional pulls for the first time in a few months yesterday, hit 675 for an all time PR. Form needs a lot of work but I was surprised with my strength.

Starting to make some real progress on my Squats. Hit 405 for a single tonight in just knee sleeves and a belt @ 160lbs BW. Let me know what you all think.

accessory day- today was 5/3/1 day for overhead pressing so i decided it was a good time to hit a weight PR. my all-time standing military press PR is 315. i hurt my shoulder last year and am slowly regaining my strength in it. things went well though tonight. hit a few PR's
standing military press
295x1
seated military press- 2 count pause at bottom
130's x 4
rope pulldowns- hit an alltime PR on these tonight. i call these the Soul Killers. these are so damn hard. the rope is made out of nylon and very slick. you have to grip it very hard or it will just start slipping through your hands and burn the crap out of you.

New Squat PR!
Howdy fellas,
I am a junior in college. Lifted a whole lot in high school but was always cutting weight for wrestling and always hated squatting but my max was 315. Six weeks ago after a lifting hiatus I decided to re-commit myself to working out and especially focusing on Legs. This is the first time in 3 years that I have squatted weekly and the gains have been incredible. When I laid out my program 6 weeks back my goal was to put up 290 on squat and I thought that was way out of reach. Today's workout, my goal was to hit a double of 300 but nailed it for 4. Then I went up to 315 and drilled out another 4. Time to keep getting big! Hoping to close down a 405 squat by the end of this year. I'll be maxing in a few weeks.

I failed 200kg today (it's scary as hell to have that much on back as I haven't done anything with over 170kg in months! ) but got a solid 195kg / 430lbs @ 88,6kg / 195lbs. 18 years old. Also took a pretty easy 6x170kg (374lbs) after fail with 200kg and this 195kg
Squat 195kg / 430lbs
Bench press 100kg / 220lbs
Deadlift 215kg / 474lbs
