digestion rates depend on a lot of factors, chances are u will still be digesting ur last meal when u eat ur next, but it doesnt matter.


and there is no set amount of protein u can eat at once either, no one has been able to put an actual number on it since many things will affect the amount u can use in one sitting.

dont see why u would, but ya i guess........generally people say eat once every 2-3hours.

make your shake count as a meal? add some oats, peanut butter, milk, bananna, ****ing set for a few hours
