dude that 12 yo girl squats 200? Christ, in my gym, we got 30 year olds struggling with 135, ON THE SMITH MACHINE lulz.
@ OP, how wide/far away are your arms from each other on the bench? The closer the grip, the more it hits the triceps
your middle finger or ring finger should be on the part where there's no grip ( not the middle ), but it really depends on how wide your shoulders are. my football coach insists that our grip should be parallel to our shoulders, but he also told us that squatting parallel will fk up your joints, so who cares right?

No, I can't eat much meat or good sources of protein and no powder.
Barely getting in 1g/lb.
I'm getting my protein powder in 2 or 3 weeks.

Outline of my diet is somewhat simple.
I would eat around 2 eggs and a cup of rice for break fast, during school usually 2 sandwiches or a hamburger + other stuff. Lunch would be cup of rice with some sort of meat and veggies. Then a protein shake, then at night I'd eat tuna or egg with another cup of rice.
More stuff here and there but that was it.
And just checked, I took the 1st pic at 6/13/08. I used to be on a very low cal diet, I got to >100lbs and then decided to bb.
