95 x 3 x 4 (got vids, but was only able to get bench press vid since it got dark so I don't feel like uploading the form of just one exercise, the form was good imo though)

95 x 3 x 5 (didn't do 105 due to my previous squat form, attempting to restablize it)
Deadlifts

125 x 1 x 5 (if I don't get 2 45s by saturday I'm going to temporarily suspend deadlifts, I use waterbottles and all they do is hurt my form so I'll end up hurting my self.)

You're doing really well, especially since your using sand as weights!
keep up the good work, you will be awesome when you're older.
If you dont get enough weights to keep increasing the weight, try one legged press-ups and squats aswell. For instance, everytime you walk into the kitchen do 5 one armed press ups, and everytime you go to your room do 5 one legged squats. Probably complete crap but it cant hurt trying.

How much weight do you have at home? If you don't have enough to progress in Ripptoes, you should buy some. This is such a great program, in my first 2 weeks I put 50 lbs on my squat.(No estats, my squat is still weak.) Make sure you're eating enough so your muscles can recover and repair. Good luck.

Wow, having those 45s improved my workout a lot. Since I don't use gallons of sands the bar doesn't balance and improves my form.

I have delayed another day... On thursday I thought I didn't have to workout (due to my previous scheme of monday/wednesday/friday) So I workout out on friday.
