Go to any big chain store (I went to Stew's).
I bought two chickens (each for $6.50). They were already cooked and had some kind of sauce on them (BBQ or something).
I came home and skinned everything, took out every bone out of both of them and stored the white meat in a container. It is all already cooked so no need to broil anything.
I took sprayed water on the chunks of chicken to get the grease off (maybe you guys know a better method...?)
Stored it in a container and I have enough meat for a week or 2...
Any better ideas? (I hate canned chicken)

Costo
Hey. Go to Costco. I get huge bags of boneless skinless breasts for about $12/bag. Each bag is about 20-25 breasts. You don't even have to thaw them. You can cook them from frozen on a grill or a Foreman thing. I make a bunch of them on Sunday and have them for the whole week.
Another way is watch your local grocery store ads. Here in Phoenix, the stores will have specials where you buy one pack you get one free. That is when you stock up and freeze them.
Good luck.
