Cry?
"The sun is always gonna rise, and always gonna set and I'll just keep on punching because everyday is gonna bring something different and I just want to be ready for it."
- Jens Pulver
If you refer to a fighter who you've never met in real life as "my boy" as though their performance somehow reflects well on you for simply being a fan, you're a lame ass.

Lol, you'll be a fat, lazy slob at 45. Couture is a Heavyweight champion.
Moved Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to Yoke, Log, and Stones.

When Nogueira vs Couture happens, it will go to a decision.
Olympic stand in plus 10 years of MMA wrestling >>>>> College wrestling.
Bigger and stronger are not accomplishments.
Randy has power in his hands as well. Lots of power. IE Couture vs Sylvia, first nine seconds.Moved Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to Yoke, Log, and Stones.

brock could have been in the olympics if he wanted to. plus he wrestled heavyweight, randy wrestled 190 or something.
randy isnt even a real heavyweight. hes a hell of an athlete but brock is just the newer, bigger , stronger, better version of him.

How is Randy not a real Heavyweight? He walks around at like 230.
Brock coulda, shoulda, woulda -- But he didn't. He's not ready for Randy. I give his skills tons of respect, he'd wipe the floor with me on the mat. But as a fighter, he's not ready.
This is just a money maker.Moved Squat, Bench, and Deadlift to Yoke, Log, and Stones.

Bigger, stronger, less experienced version of Randy. He is Randy 8 years ago plus a few dozen pounds.
Randy is a tactician who exploits weaknesses. Mir did it, and won in the first round. Heath didn't, and got handled for 3 rounds. He is a tailor made opponent for Couture, just bigger, stronger, and faster than I'd like. I'm not going to pretend that I know who he's going to do, but I expect that he will not disappoint. Two hands working do more than a thousand clasped in prayer.
Most of the problems with the bodies and minds of the folks occupying the current culture involve an unwillingness to do anything hard, or anything that they'd rather not do. I applaud your resolve, and I welcome you to the community of people who have decided that EASY will no longer suffice.
The human body is in an abnormal state when hard physical labor is removed from it's lifestyle.
