Should i just take today off?

Feeling on the down side, hit more bodyparts than usual in the last 2 days, have a lot to get done, and am really not motivated to lift atm. I'll get right back to lifting the rest of the week without neglecting any bodyparts, as the extra parts hit monday-tuesday were more.

I haven't had off days for the past 2 months besides sundays, which are always my rests. So, would it be fine just to leave it alone for today?

If you're still sore to the point where you dont feel capable of lifting a heavier or equal weight than last time, dont bother trying.

If this becomes a regular thing and you're waiting half the week to recover, you may have to resort to a split.
I'm out to prove that vegetarians can be body builders too.
I'm also a loser and would appreciate positive reputation for being so nice and stuff.

Nothin wrong with taking the day off. You gotta go with how you feel. Can't be half ass in the gym. Take it off and don't worry.
