i went through and was reading though it and i couldn't find anything but i swear last time i read it mentioned that after every Phase (3 weeks) take one week off before moving on to the next phase. am i wrong?

Are you supposed to take a week off after each phase in the vertical jump bible?

alot of vertical jumps expers recommend only 2 phases a vertical training a year, butt iunno
