Sh*t diet for an 18 year old. You need to eat more sustaining food. Its like you are snackin all through the day. Ditch the subs and have good meals like chicken/turkey and pasta/rice/potatoes. Forget the yogurt and have a bowl or porridge. For snacks have boiled eggs or a can of tuna instead of nuts and pretzels. You need to eat more sustaining food.

whats with all the subs? you own a subway or something? :P ahaha.

if its your work that you buy subway for lunch/dinner.

try making your own homemade dinner, subs(subway) are healthy, but.. then again homemade meals are heathier. complex carbs like potatoes are good !

My first thought was your were eating to much. You know kind of like on Thanksgiving when everyone eats all they can and they get tired 10 minutes later. That doesn't seem to be the case.

My second thought was that your body is dependent on energy drinks, if you do two a week that still isn't the case.

So I have no clue, sorry I couldn't help.

actually just today im adding in 2 more meals.. im adding in a turkey sandwich somewhere and a peanut butter sandwich sometime during the day instead of at night and then at night ill be eating cottage cheese.

food is kinda limited for me out here though.. im at college and the sub area is the only close area to me.. otherwise i gotta walk like 15 mins and its freezing outside.. and i cant really cook anything besides for microwave because we have 1 kitchen for our entire dorm and people always leave **** in different spots and its just a mess down there.

Holy **** man, I have three stomach disorders and I'm 5'8" and i weigh more than you. I also EAT more than you (which indicates its bad for you because I almost throw up after every meal)

    That perhaps is your problem.

ALSO, turkey has seratonin in it which is a neurotransmitter which could perhaps be making you more tired. Some people with sleeping difficulties eat turkey at night.

ALSO ALSO, it could be all psychological. When I get 8 hours of sleep on a school night I'm way more exhausted than if I get 4-6 hours of sleep on a weekend from partying.

And no, you aren't sleeping too much. Teens are supposed to actually get around 9 hours of sleep.

I'm guessing you're overtraining. Not in the typical 'you wont grow if you train too much' sense. By overtraining I mean you're over taxing your CNS(central nervous system)
The lethargy you feel is your CNS telling your body to slow it down.

Teens are supposed to actually get around 9 hours of sleep.
its not the serotonin its the amino acid l-tryptamine thats makes you tired in turkey
