Is Pro-Nos Really That bad for you?

if your trying to lose weight...ive been reading threads and people dislike it because of an added hydrogenated oil to it..(i guess for taste)

-wondering because my buddy works at GNC and its marked down at his store + discount...(dirt cheap)

-is there anything else about this product that might make it bad for cutting down bf?

Pro Nos tastes great.
They claim the added oil blend (fats) HELP you lose abdominal fat.
I dunno about that.
Either way, I think its a good product, just keep the calories in mind if you are cutting. It contains a lot more than just whey.

Pro-Nos (according to my customers) has the best taste there is. yes, there are lots of things in there other than protein. for JUST protein, Isoflex tastes incredible.

I looked at the ingredients list on the BB.com store, and did not see any hydrogenated oils (hydrogenating unsaturated oils contributes trans fat). Assuming the ingredients list on BB.com are correct, there shouldn't be any trans fat in this product.
