The taste is pretty good.

My favorite thing to do with them is:

1 scoop Protein
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Egg Whites
6-8 ounces of water

66 g pro, 12 g carbs, 4 g fat (depending on powder)

and mix in a blender
