Notes
Did a small local meet last weekend. Came in first place in the 198s and won best lifter. Had this been a more competitive meet, I would’ve done smaller jumps on squat and went for 585-590 for my third attempt. Recent training had my squat e1RM around 590 so I’m sure I would’ve had that. I had a bunch of friends at the meet so I decided to go for 600, yolo. Third attempt on bench was a misgroove.SFW
