    I found a way to work around the ****ty summer hours. My friend works at the counter and lets me stay after the gym closes. I love when it is empty and allows me to train without a shirt, an added bonus. How many people can say they can train shirtless in their gym? I also find it easier to get the motivation to train when it is empty and there are no distractions. The only downside is I am unable to watch retards do stupid things.

    Realized I would be cutting myself short if I moved to 5 lb increments on squat. 375 felt easy and I am looking to hit 405 before lower the increments. Also tried to cut my depth a little higher. I think that helped with the knee cave. Bench press felt good up until the last set. I haven't squatted before volume bench press in a long time so it is going to take some time to get used to.

    Squats look so good until you come out of the hole, then after you fix the caving its perfect. What's causing it? Can you do any exercises to strengthen whatever muscles are bing over powered? Looking in great shape cj.

    Exactly how I see it. Everything looks good except for that short time coming out of the hole. The only thing I can think of is weak adductors. No idea how to strengthen that area so if anyone has any tips that would be great.

    Looking to make one last 10 lb jump to 405. Then it is time to add in a light squat on Tuesday. I haven't weighed myself regularly in awhile, but last time I checked I was just over 190.

    My friends that I live with take him out every few hours. If I didn't have that luxury it would be near impossible.

    I like it too and will be sticking with it for as long as possible.

    Gym was closed yesterday and I won't have time to train today after work, so looks like I may have to end up doing Saturday/Sunday if I want to keep my schedule.

    Was able to get this training session in before waiting for tomorrow. Squat had a couple grinders, but overall felt decent. PR on bench press, but my ass came up pretty high on the third rep. I'll probably repeat 282.5 next week. Increased deadlift by 20 lbs because I did 415 for two straight weeks.
