What do they weigh? Do they ever hit the ground? If so, how much weight is on the ground at the bottom?

3/14/11 - Intensity
SQUAT:
335 x 4
BENCH PRESS:

DEADLIFT:

176 lbs
COMMENTS:
I haven't squatted heavy in two weeks, so that explains why I missed a rep. I almost failed the fourth rep as well. For bench press, I was very close to having it locked out. I was pretty upset after missing reps on both squat and bench press so there was no way I was going to miss a rep on deadlift, even though I haven't deadlifted in three weeks.
My training has been somewhat sporadic lately and there were things I could not avoid that caused me to miss training sessions, but now I am ready to get back on track. I haven't set any squat, bench press, or deadlift PR's in the intensity workout in months due to hurting my wrist and getting really sick in January and building back up in February, but that is going to change. I've been stuck around a bodyweight of 175 for the past few months, but I need to gain more weight. Every single day from now on, I need to eat one more meal than I normally have been. My goal is to get to 185-190 before summer. Bottom line, more lifting and more eating.

I have a feeling it will happen sooner than before summer, but just a guess. I'm on spring break now and it's easier to gain weight at school with the variety of foods at the dining halls.
I definitely get a lot of my calories from milk. Maybe even more now?
