How did I know that was coming?
Thanks, Brandon.
Thanks, Matt. I can't stand all of the people from my school thinking they know everything and anything about weightlifting (aka bench and curls). All you have to do is look around and you'll see basically every exercise done wrong.
Thanks, Mike. Although I added a warm-up for deadlift, I didn't do too much of warming up for squats and bench press. I just wanted to get in and get out today.SFW

lol yea i know what you mean haha ...
I've got a guy in my gym like that, granted he's big, but he also looks like he's been juicing for like 5 years. Well he's ALWAYS trying to tell someone how to do something or how a program works or whatever and its just funny cause half the time he's wrong. But yea, he's like all about arms, shoulders, chest nothing else.

COMMENTS:
Squats took some energy, and so did deadlifts. I need to start eating more since I'm not gaining any weight. I've also been slacking off on my protein drinks the past few days.SFW

I just need to be more consistent in having a caloric surplus each day. Some days I will eat a ton, and others not much at all. I find myself a lot more full when having my protein drinks, which the past few days I have not had. I will always have big dinners each night of the week, a decent sized lunch, but a somewhat small breakfast. I can never find anything that tastes right in the early morning. Throughout the week, I will have one cheat meal from McDonald's or Taco Bell.
Overall, I think I need more protein during the day.
Thanks, PokLim. I had a fun night last night, but tonight I'm just relaxing (and eating).SFW
