    Bad day. Didn't want to complete the third set of squats because I was lazy and wanted to save energy for press. First two sets of press were really heavy and slow, then I tweaked my neck somehow after the second set. I really have no idea what happened. Hurts like crazy when I turn my head to the right. Still was able to do pull-ups without any pain, so I guess I finished on a strong note.

    I have the same problem with tweaking my neck on OH press. I've had it explained to me that it may be due to a mid-trap weakness. Upper traps and neck overcompensate leading to a lot of tightness.

    I didn't actually tweak my neck during press. It was after the set when I was fooling around with a bar on the ground. Luckily it went away within a week.

    Spent the past 3.5 months using the novice SS template and I've been getting bored with it. Wanted to get back into a body part split. I will still be basing my training around the front squat, bench press, deadlift, and press, just with accessories for each body part.

    Aiming to lift 4 days per week (Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps, Shoulders, Legs/Arms) and row/abs on the off days. Not sure how realistic that frequency is, but I'd like to see how many consecutive days in the gym I can get in. I always thought I made the most progress when I was doing something everyday. The real world will obviously get in the way on some days, mostly weekends, but I am going to try my best.
